Operations Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst to provide support in claims processing and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in workflow projects and provide coaching to various departments
• Monitor operational performance and present findings with recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with IT to identify enhancements for dental systems and support overall operational success

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement and issue resolution
• 1+ years of experience with a claims processing system
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
