Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a travel consultant team, including key performance indicators and workload
- Develop and implement learning programs to address competency gaps within the team
- Monitor global distribution systems (GDS) for quality control and provide clients with industry information
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Relevant supervising experience
- Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus
- Schedule flexibility for late shifts (10-7pm or 11-8pm EST)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
