Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and activities for onboarding and upgrading Practice Management platforms
- Maintain application inventory and support documentation, ensuring alignment with governance needs
- Manage internal and third-party application support resources, triaging issues and ensuring resolution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in application support, project coordination, or technology operations in professional services
- Strong understanding of Practice Management and workflow software in multi-office environments
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and implementation timelines
- Detail-oriented and organized with a sense of accountability
- Experience with vendors like CCH, Aiwyn, or Intuit is a plus
