Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Excellence Manager to lead the development and execution of supply chain business process frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a scalable business process framework to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and conduct mapping and root cause analysis
  • Develop training programs and facilitate workshops to promote process excellence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or process excellence roles
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier engagement strategies
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and procurement best practices
  • Expertise in process excellence methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
