Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor to oversee daily operations of accounts receivable and billing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee timely submission of claims and ensure prompt resolution of unpaid, denied, or rejected claims
• Supervise and support RCM Specialists, providing training and managing escalated billing inquiries
• Develop strategies to identify and reduce denial trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, preferably with leadership experience
• Experience in digital or virtual health
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare billing, A/R management, and collections
• Familiarity with EDI workflows and payer reimbursement policies
