Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in business process evaluation and optimization
• Ability to facilitate meetings and document business requirements
• Knowledge of risk identification and resolution strategies
• Familiarity with project development and stakeholder engagement
