Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Caregiver Time & Attendance Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the performance of CTA Regional Managers and other team members, ensuring adherence to operational metrics
- Manage timekeeping operations, including resolving shift exceptions and ensuring EVV compliance across all markets
- Analyze operational data to drive accountability and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of operational leadership experience, including managing managers or supervisors
- Experience in time and attendance, home care, healthcare services, or compliance-based operations preferred
- Working knowledge of EVV systems, timekeeping workflows, and associated regulatory standards
- Familiarity with HIPAA, payroll processes, and payor compliance requirements is a plus
