A company is looking for a Premium Audit Operations Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process audit worksheets for compliance with business rules and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct proactive communication with insureds and agents regarding audit results and billing transitions
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and documenting best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a premium auditor or premium audit reviewer
- Proven experience with Workers' Compensation regulations
- Knowledge of NCCI, WCIRB, and PCRB/DCRB rules and regulations
- Experience with multi-state audit operations preferred
- Customer service experience in insurance or financial services environments
