Key Responsibilities

• Lead fulfillment readiness for New Product Introductions, ensuring operational plans and timely launches
• Act as a cross-functional liaison, aligning stakeholders and maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating logistics considerations into future launches

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain business management
• Deep understanding of 3PL logistics processes
• Experience in implementing scalable tools and defining key metrics/KPIs
• Proficiency in data and visibility tools (e.g., Looker, Snowflake)
• Working knowledge of warehousing systems (WMS/ERP/OM)
