Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational teams involved in care review, case management, and member assessment
- Manage team performance, provide coaching, and ensure staff training and development
- Promote collaboration across departments to enhance care continuity and service quality
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, including 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Preferred education includes an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred experience includes 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or health plans
- Managed Care operations experience is preferred
