Lending Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lending Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the bridge loan cycle, including loan setup, disclosures, and closing documents
• Gather required documentation for loan processing and ensure compliance with TRID regulations
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely loan closings

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the residential loan mortgage industry
• Experience managing a pipeline of 50 to 60 loans per month
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations from origination to post-closing
• Experience with Encompass LOS
• High school diploma or equivalent required
