A company is looking for an Executive Director of ACS Workforce Planning & Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain staffing models, shift schedules, and coverage strategies for case-review-driven work
- Ensure staffing coverage meets compliance requirements and proactively identify SLA risks
- Lead evaluation and deployment of workforce management technologies for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 10-15 years of experience in workforce or operations planning within a regulated environment
- Proven ability to lead teams managing non-phone-based workloads in compliance-sensitive operations
- Strong background in healthcare operations with familiarity in CME regulations
- Experience implementing and optimizing workforce management systems
- Expertise in KPI reporting and performance-based planning
