• Analyzes workload trends and operational metrics to identify efficiency and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience in P&C Personal Lines insurance underwriting or related fields
• 2+ years in leadership roles focused on operational processing or project enablement
• Preferred experience in managing teams, including hiring and performance coaching
• Strong analytical skills with experience in process automation initiatives
• Four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience desired
