A company is looking for a Risk Operations Specialist to support fraud, disputes, and onboarding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review potentially fraudulent transaction activity, customer applications, and identity theft claims
- Manage and resolve customer dispute claims throughout the lifecycle of the claim
- Monitor daily applications and existing account portfolio cases for fraud detection and decision-making
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations related to transaction monitoring and disputes
- Ability to work independently and resolve cases under service level agreements
- Strong analytical skills to track and meet metrics and KPIs
