Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Credentialing.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with payer contract credentialing requirements
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver completed documents to payer organizations
• Manage and mentor the credentialing team to meet service requirements and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Market Access and Credentialing Services
• Associate degree in health services or related field with 2+ years of managerial experience, or 9 years of healthcare staff experience with 2 years in credentialing
• Preferred bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred
• Diagnostic Laboratory experience preferred
