Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director Commercial Bank Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a governance and quality control framework for Commercial Banking
• Lead governance of compliance activities, including regulatory change management and exam readiness
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of regulatory expectations and internal policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking or first-line risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of OCC Heightened Standards and risk governance frameworks
• Strong project management and documentation skills; experience with governance tools preferred
• Familiarity with commercial lending systems is a plus
