Regional Processing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Corporate Processing Manager to oversee and supervise the Corporate Processing Team Leads and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Corporate Processing Team Leads, including employee development and performance management
• Ensure file quality and turn times meet company SLA requirements
• Monitor team compliance with RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and other regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience required
• Experience with Encompass software
• Previous management experience with teams of 20 or more members
• Knowledge of mortgage and consumer lending regulations
