A company is looking for a Change & Communications Manager to lead and execute a comprehensive change management program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business leaders in setting vision and creating a coalition for change with detailed management plans
• Develop and execute strategies for change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement
• Establish change governance, manage reporting, and track change risks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in change management, with leadership and execution roles
• Experience in the Pharma or Biotech industry preferred
• Strong results orientation with practical, solution-driven initiatives
• Good understanding of change management concepts and organizational development
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment
