Senior Director of Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the supply and demand planning teams while building a scalable organizational structure
• Own the integrated demand and supply planning process and partner with various departments for alignment on forecasts and planning
• Drive inventory management strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years in supply chain or planning roles, with 5+ years at a Director level or above
• Proven experience in demand and supply planning within a fast-paced CPG, retail, or food/supplement business
• Deep knowledge of forecasting systems and MRP/ERP integration
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, metrics, and best practices
• Experience in building and scaling high-performing teams
