A company is looking for a Subcontractor Compliance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track annual vendor audit questionnaire process to ensure compliance
- Review completed questionnaires and update ERP system with compliant responses
- Communicate with vendors regarding questionnaire submissions and compliance status
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-2 years of administrative or office experience
- Experience working with customers or clients via email and phone
- Ability to consistently follow processes and directions
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
