Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vendor Manager to oversee and monitor TPA operational vendor-partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TPA operational vendors and serve as the primary contact for vendor-related issues
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback
- Address and resolve issues with TPA operational vendors promptly and implement corrective actions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with 3-5 years of experience; Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of experience
- Experience in Healthcare Management, Third Party Administration (TPA), Audit, Compliance, Contract Management, Risk Management, and Vendor-Relationship Management
