Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage finance administration tasks including accounts receivable and payable, and maintain accurate records in relevant systems
  • Coordinate contracts, grants, and donations administration, including onboarding vendors and tracking grant timelines
  • Assist with HR coordination, IT and systems administration, and provide project support for organizational initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of entry-level administrative or operations experience in the nonprofit sector
  • Experience working with data in Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with bookkeeping is a plus
  • Able to learn new software systems quickly; experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion, with a strong interest in supporting organizational infrastructure
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
