A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their Professional Learning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules for Professional Learning Consultants (PLCs), ensuring all sessions are assigned and confirmed
- Coordinate last-minute changes and substitutions to minimize disruptions
- Provide real-time support for consultants through a communication platform and respond to scheduling inquiries promptly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Salesforce for scheduling, operations, or administrative support
- Prior experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms
- Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
