Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their Professional Learning team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain schedules for Professional Learning Consultants (PLCs), ensuring all sessions are assigned and confirmed
  • Coordinate last-minute changes and substitutions to minimize disruptions
  • Provide real-time support for consultants through a communication platform and respond to scheduling inquiries promptly
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Salesforce for scheduling, operations, or administrative support
  • Prior experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms
  • Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
