Chief Leverage Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Leverage Officer to own operations and maximize leverage for growth teams and portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational engine by leading non-growth teams and transforming them into a high-leverage, AI-enabled system
• Accelerate the launch machine by building infrastructure and processes that enhance the speed and efficiency of the growth team
• Maximize CEO leverage by managing high-impact projects and automating processes to free up executive time for strategic focus

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Physics, or Mathematics, with experience at a top firm in strategy or investment banking
• Proven success in a leadership role such as Chief of Staff or BizOps at a high-growth company
• Experience in performance marketing with a strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset
• Preferred experience as a founder or early-stage operator with a focus on urgency and resourcefulness
• Track record of architecting scalable systems, including AI/automation, and managing complex projects
