Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support to assigned managers as part of the administrative resources team
- Coordinate regional meetings, conferences, and special events
- Compile and analyze data to develop monthly and ad hoc reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
- At least five years of experience in administrative, project support, and event coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and in a team environment
