A company is looking for a Claims Program Supervisor to oversee and enhance their workers' compensation claims program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external claims administrators and conduct audits to ensure compliance with best practices
- Develop and implement best practices for claims management, ensuring consistent application by all stakeholders
- Communicate with internal and external parties regarding claims strategies and advocate for effective claims management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field with 5-7+ years in workers' compensation claims management
- Experience managing Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance claims departments
- Thorough understanding of workers' compensation laws and claims best practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in claims auditing and performance analysis
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
