Care Delivery Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Delivery Design & Implementation (Care Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of projects on care delivery and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain documentation of clinical guidelines and manage the design of medical intake forms
• Ensure medical oversight of clinical changes and communicate implementation details to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project or product management or operations, preferably in healthcare
• Experience working cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and external partners
• Technical aptitude with programs such as Figma, Lucidchart, Looker, and JIRA
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
