A company is looking for a Health Plan Implementation Manager to support health plan contracts and ensure compliance with performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract performance and communication for assigned health plan accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with health plan representatives and address inquiries
- Track key performance indicators and prepare reports for stakeholders and health plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementation management, contract management, or health plan relations
- Strong understanding of managed care contracts and value-based care principles
- Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare health plans
- Project management or process improvement experience
