Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Implementation Manager to support health plan contracts and ensure compliance with performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract performance and communication for assigned health plan accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with health plan representatives and address inquiries
• Track key performance indicators and prepare reports for stakeholders and health plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation management, contract management, or health plan relations
• Strong understanding of managed care contracts and value-based care principles
• Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare health plans
• Project management or process improvement experience
