Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner to manage forecasting, inventory, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all SKUs using historical data and sales trends
• Lead the S&OP process to ensure cross-functional alignment among supply chain, marketing, finance, and leadership
• Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to prevent stockouts or overstock situations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management within a CPG company
• Proficient in forecasting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and ERP systems
• Demonstrated success in managing S&OP processes and inventory optimization
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Open to remote candidates, with a preference for those located in Cleveland, OH
