Senior Manager of Philanthropic Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Philanthropic Operations to manage financial reporting and donor data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, gift processing, and donor data integrity in the EveryAction database
• Oversee the ZenDesk ticketing system and respond to donor requests for data and reports
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Philanthropic Operations and the philanthropy team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related experience or equivalent education/experience
• Superior knowledge of database management and experience as a database SuperUser
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and advanced data manipulation techniques
• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 5% of the time)
