Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Looker, and spreadsheet modeling
- Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
- Experience working with clinical or customer support teams is a plus
- Clear communicator able to distill complex data into compelling narratives
