Transportation & Logistics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation & Logistics Manager to oversee their transportation and logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L and identify, execute, and monitor savings projects
• Oversee daily shipping operations and maintain carrier relationships
• Lead a growing team and track shipping KPIs for leadership meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in fulfillment or transportation, with management experience preferred
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proficient in order management systems, SQL, Gsuite, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
