Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the chairman of the board in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Prepare and organize agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings and conferences
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting executives
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other industry-relevant software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
