Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing business processes through SOPs and workflows
- Review operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Collaborate with teams on process improvement initiatives and project management
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in process improvement
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of VISIO or other flowcharting tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
