Car Maintenance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Car & Light Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Authorize repairs and process pre-approved invoices while managing communication with suppliers, clients, and drivers
• Utilize technical expertise to negotiate repair prices and ensure compliance with client policies
• Assist drivers in locating repair facilities and respond to inquiries from various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of general automotive knowledge, preferably with mechanic experience
• Active ASE Certification preferred or agreement to obtain it within 12 months of employment
• Professional computer skills and experience with data entry and Microsoft Office suite preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
