Job Summary
A company is looking for a PMS Deployment Project Lead in Hotel Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Opera Cloud PMS and Central Reservation Systems
- Coordinate with hotel leadership, vendors, and corporate teams for successful technology deployment
- Develop and maintain onboarding, training, and deployment schedules
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish
- 4+ years of diverse hotel operations management experience
- 4+ years' experience with Opera Cloud, CRS, Sales & Revenue
- Experience managing projects across multiple hotels, locations, or brands
- College degree or equivalent work experience in hotel management
