Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Implement collections policies and support clinician staffing budgets and forecasting
• Prepare analyses for informed business decisions and evaluate contract performance
• Collaborate with the finance department for month-end close, invoice generation, and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related healthcare field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of closely related experience in operations, contract analytics, finance, or a related healthcare field
• 5 years of experience in operations, finance/accounting, or contracting analysis
