Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Partner to advance its strategy deployment methodology across value streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of strategy through Hoshin Kanri planning and goal setting
• Partner with leaders to align KPIs and drive execution of strategic initiatives
• Coordinate review meetings to ensure clarity of objectives and actions

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn and apply Lean and CI principles in a hands-on environment
• Demonstrated interest in building a culture of continuous improvement
