Practice Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Manager to support local practice operations and physician relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and support growth initiatives alongside the Practice Director
• Oversee radiologist scheduling, staffing, and onboarding processes
• Monitor practice metrics, implement quality management programs, and ensure adherence to client service agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred; master's degree highly preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in management, healthcare administration, or radiology
• 2+ years of prior analyst experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working closely with physicians
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a management environment
