Revenue Integrity Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for revenue integrity, charging, and compliance with regulations
• Train and coach staff while holding the team accountable to departmental goals
• Analyze department metrics and collaborate with other departments on charge capture and reimbursement issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 5 years of Revenue Integrity experience required
• Minimum 2 years of prior leadership experience preferred
• Coding certification or equivalent preferred
• Extensive familiarity with CPT and HCPCs charge codes
