Commercial Loan Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Applications Commercial Loan Administrator I to provide system administration and support for commercial lending processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the nCino platform, including monitoring alerts and managing enhancements
• Support internal users and educate business units on new nCino features and functionalities
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions for improvements and automation strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience administrating nCino for a medium to large user base
• 1+ years of Salesforce or nCino administration experience; nCino Administrator certification preferred
• Experience with project implementation and solution engineering
• General understanding of commercial lending systems and financial services
