Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator - Centralized New Market Implementation (Right of Entry).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tasks related to enabling addresses in out-of-territory markets and support activities in multi-dwelling units and commercial areas
- Coordinate with customers and vendors for site surveys, installations, and ongoing work while ensuring customer needs are met
- Initiate and manage Engineering Work Orders (EWOs) within relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience
- 3+ years of administrative support experience with internal and external customer interactions or current/prior military service
- Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving responsibilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of telecommunications industry products and services
