Head of Business Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish an operating system to drive visibility and alignment through dashboards, OKRs, and forecasting
• Design processes for decision-making and resource allocation to enable organizational scaling
• Drive clarity and accountability across teams while tackling high-impact analyses and special projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting
• Proven ability to design and implement company-wide operating systems
• Exceptional financial and operational modeling skills in Excel
• Experience in high-growth, venture-backed technology companies is preferred
