Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Business Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system configuration tasks supporting Sales Business Processes for assigned applications focused on Channel systems
• Own documentation and manage requests from business users regarding Channel systems and processes
• Oversee project lifecycle for Channel system changes, including tool expansion and migration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer-related field
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-tiered partner ecosystem tools/processes in a global software or hi-tech company
• Proven track record of designing and implementing Channel-focused business processes
• Advanced experience with Salesforce Sales and partner-focused Experience Cloud
• Admin Certification for assigned tools such as Salesforce.com CRM is preferred
