Regional Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Planning Manager responsible for developing and executing field operational planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of business opportunities and coordinate with partners to drive efficiencies in field processes
• Develop and implement a monthly/quarterly review process to monitor progress against growth objectives
• Analyze business metrics and collaborate with Territory Managers to address performance opportunities

Required Qualifications

• BS/MBA preferred or 10+ years of related business experience
• Strong understanding of the business planning process, including strategic thinking and implementation
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage in cross-organization partnerships
• Ability to assess complex issues and make actionable recommendations to senior leadership
• Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
