Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Coordinator to support operational activities in maintenance, vendor oversight, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs and respond to work orders to ensure operational excellence and compliance with KPIs
  • Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure minimal disruption
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while supporting site amenities and events
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management is advantageous
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in various information technology tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
