Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute high-level goals aligned with company priorities and deliverability strategy
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team while building strategic relationships with external messaging partners
- Serve as the escalation point for complex deliverability issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize messaging performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, support, strategy, or program management roles, with 2+ years of people management experience
- Proven success in leading teams in high-growth, cross-functional environments
- Experience with operational and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Datadog) for data analysis and decision-making
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create structure in ambiguity
- Experience in building scalable processes that deliver measurable results
