Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer warranty, services entitlement, and renewal quotations to ensure proper maintenance support
• Verify and capture accurate details in service contracts and ensure compliance with the Opportunity Management Process
• Collaborate with functional teams and provide necessary data regarding customer service profiles and shipments

Required Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience in services operations, quotations, and pricing environments
• Bachelor's degree in any field (3 - 4 years)
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working in a global organization
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Able to coordinate with team members to achieve business results
