Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with Brokers and customers to ensure a positive experience
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely communication with all parties
• Review loan applications and documents for completeness and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• 1+ years of wholesale experience
• Experience processing HELOC and HELOAN mortgages
• Knowledge of HELOC/HELOAN product guidelines
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline effectively
