Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Planning to lead their planning strategy across demand, supply, deployment, and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning strategy to drive forecast accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency
• Build and develop a high-performing planning team, providing training and performance feedback
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of planning processes, systems, and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related roles within the CPG or food industry
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of S&OP processes and supply chain optimization
• Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems (SAP preferred)
